Is River Grove, Illinois, Police Chief Rodger Loni On The Chicago Outfit’s Payroll?
On October 30, 2009, KTF Media Group submitted a report to River Grove Police Chief Rodger Loni, indicating potentially dangerous behavior perpetrated by Chicago Outfit boss and professional killer John DiFronzo. The purpose of KTF Media Group’s report to Chief Loni was to reveal the likeness that DiFronzo is suffering from medical conditions that could alter his ability to properly operate an automobile. DiFronzo purportedly maintains a current and valid Illinois State Driver’s License.
Upon making the report to Chief Loni, KTF Media Group requested that River Grove Police Department acknowledge within 10 days that an investigation into the allegations would begin. Sadly this courtesy has not been paid to either KTF Media Group or to the good, law-abiding citizens of River Grove. What does this mean?
Small towns such as Elmwood Park, River Grove and Melrose Park, have been long recognized as being under the control of the Chicago Outfit. Just look at the 2.2 million dollars these towns have paid the DiFonzo family through its business D & P. Couple this with the news that Chief Loni has refused to acknowledge if an investigation will take place regarding the potential dangers associated with DiFronzo and there is little doubt in my mind that Chief Loni is on the take.
Chief Loni, need I remind you of your responsibility to your community to insure public safety? If you decide to ignore the valid concerns voiced by KTF Media Group a tremendous liability sits right on your head! I pray that I will never have the opportunity to stick this article right in your face at a funeral for a hapless victim stemming from a fatal car crash near the Loon Café, because a killer like John DiFronzo could maintain a valid driver’s license.
