Last month KTF Media Group contacted Empower Public Relations for the purposes of communicating some vital facts about one of their clients, Dr. Joseph L. Giacchino, Jr, MD. Today it would appear Empower Public Relations firm, according to a recent review of their website, has dropped Giacchino. If my conclusion is correct (and I believe it is), I have to commend public relations boss Sam Chapman on his sound decision to move on without Giacchino. I am very pleased by this result.

Last month Sam Chapman and I exchanged heated words over Dr. Giacchino. Of course I realize that Mr. Chapman was simply doing what a good PR boss should do, supporting a client without hesitation. However, it is likely that Mr. Chapman has now completed a further review of Dr. Giacchino and appears to have made the decision to move forward in his PR business without having Giacchino aboard as a client.

In my experience, it does not take long to acquire credible intelligence within the Chicago community. There is a veritable mountain of evidence that Dr. Giacchino is not what he seems. Underhanded professionals use legitimate credentials, like a medical license, in the same way a bank robber uses a mask. Most of us assume that licensed doctors, like Dr. Giacchino or Dr. Conrad Murray, are ethically sound professionals because they have a medical license. The hapless victim is cheated the opportunity of recognizing the evildoer.

Most of us never see it coming when a doctor is a villain. That is why it is our responsibility to let everyone know when these sorts of grievous transgressions are taking place. I let Sam Chapman know what sort of a person Dr. Giacchino is, and it looks like Mr. Chapman did the responsible thing.

As long as Dr. Giacchino is not on Empower Public Relations website as a client, I fully endorse the PR firm.

I believe that I have a duty to keep the public in the loop regarding the state of the heinous Dr. Joseph L. Giacchino’s medical license. I have new information out of Springfield, Illinois, regarding the multi-faceted investigation into the seemingly endless instances of misconduct perpetrated by this Pusher MD. Please read a digital copy of a letter (dated August 12, 2009) sent to KTF Media Group confirming this tremendous news.

According to the letter, authored by State of Illinois’ Chief of Medical Investigation, their inquiry into Dr. Giacchino has been suspended indefinitely. The federal government has elected to take over the investigation of Dr. Giacchino’s blatant misconduct.

In my opinion, Dr. Joseph Giacchino’s days of playing doctor are numbered.

I believe that Dr. S. David Demorest, a former longtime employee of Dr. Giacchino, was smart enough to see the writing on the wall. Several months ago he disassociated from Dr. Giacchino and opened his own medical practice in Elmwood Park, Illinois. I am personally aware that Dr. Giacchino maintained a great deal of malicious influence over Dr. Demorest for many years. Dr. Giacchino terrified Dr. Demorest with assertions that Mob Boss John DiFronzo was their true boss and that DiFronzo would order a “Mob hit” on Demorest if he ceased in working for Giacchino’s clinic. I am pleased that Dr. Demorest has finally stood up for himself by confronting the issue decisively by going into business on his own.

Now that the cards are on the table, I wonder if Giacchino’s current wife, convicted drug dealer and former porn star Maria Luisa Gil – Giacchino, might betray her husband to the federal government in order to secure her own comfort? Her first husband, who she was indicted with on drug charges in Florida, is presently serving a life sentence. The lovely Maria served less than 2 years in prison. After her release the former Playboy pet has maintained a line of communication with one of the federal prosecutors that put her behind bars. Will a deal be made to secure her freedom once the full scope of her involvement in her husband’s dirty dealings comes out into the open?

As his past wrongs are continually uncovered and the federal government steps up its investigation, we come one step closer to exposing Dr. Giacchino. I can only hope that true justice will soon prevail.

Dr. Conrad Murray appears to me to be a scumbag. Please forgive the vitriol, but I have my reasons for saying this. It is an outrage to me when a man who’s fathered numerous children with different partners fails to support any of them. It is an outrage to me when a man who maintains a slew of tax, credit card, business and personal debt is allowed to hold a medical license (shame on you Texas, Nevada and California). It is an outrage to me when a man that has apparently shirked most of his worldly responsibilities is referred to as ‘prudent’ by his lawyer. It is an outrage to me when a man who’s taken the Hippocratic Oath to protect his patient instead cashes in his ethics, ultimately destroying the life of the hapless victim in his care.

Judging from my analysis of Dr. Murray, one can assume that his primary interest in Michael Jackson was money. If I am correct, and I would bet the farm that I am, I suppose that if Michael Jackson was dependant and/or addicted to narcotic pain medication, the financially desperate and morally corrupt Dr. Murray was obviously in no position to argue with his employer.

I understand that Murray’s lawyer, Mr. Edward Chernoff, of Stradley, Chernoff & Alford, indicated that his client,”… has never prescribed nor administered Demerol to Michael Jackson… not ever… not that day… not Oxycontin (either) for that matter.” I think Murray is full of s—!

I have a question for Dr. Murray. Doctor, have you aided and abetted others who illegally supplied Michael Jackson with Demerol or any kind of prescribed narcotic? If so, does that not make you Mr. Jackson’s accomplice-physician, the one who is paid to be on standby to give him a ‘jumpstart’ (if needed) when he inflicted harm upon himself.

I wish to be extremely clear that I believe that Mr. Jackson was a hapless victim, as it is not my intention to disrespect the late artist, but to blast a pathetic doctor. I can personally identify with being targeted by a greedy, immoral, unethical doctor for monetary gain. Dr. Joseph L. Giacchino, Jr. MD, has inflicted a great deal of pressure on me for money, as I have indicated in a serial of articles here at KTF Media Group. These Pusher MDs are a menace to society and must be stopped!

A physician that pulls a bullet out of a bank robber would lose his license and be charged as an accomplice in the crime unless he contacted the police. What occurred with the Jackson situation is no different from any other criminal situation. If Dr. Murray contributed to or supported Jackson’s drug abuse he should be charged as accessory to murder.

Dr. Murray, who, according to his own attorney, was being prudent when he sought legal representation before agreeing to an interview with police last week, should have been equally as prudent when he considered taking a live-in ‘CPR technician/life guard’ job from a likely narcotic dependant and/or addict. It is my suggestion that Michael Jackson would not have felt safe if he was using dangerously high levels of narcotic pain medication, without having a glorified EMT with a medical license living in his home. If Dr. Murray would have exercised this much praised prudence upon considering employment from Mr. Jackson, Michael Jackson might be alive today.

Furthermore, since Dr. Murray is also a licensed medical doctor, Dr. Murray had a moral and ethical obligation to decline such job offer and help Jackson get proper help for his problems. It is impossible for a doctor with Dr. Murray’s experience not to realize that Mr. Jackson was likely to require professional help that Dr. Murray was not qualified to give, therefore making Dr. Murray’s decision to take the position as Michael Jackson’s life guard a tragic professional blunder.

To prevent vomiting, I have decided not to explore information that I heard via Chicago-ABC Channel 7’s 10:00 television news broadcast, on June 29, 2009. It was said that Dr. Murray’s attorney explained that Murray administered CPR on Mr. Jackson for approximately 30 minutes prior to 9-1-1 contact. When he finally considered contacting the authorities, Dr. Murray claimed he was unaware of the address of Michael Jackson’s home, despite residing at the location in question for approximately 2 weeks.

In my opinion, Attorney Edward Chernoff owes it to his son, Fate, to be an upstanding professional and drop a scumbag client like Dr. Murray. Mr. Chernoff, what will Fate think of his father if you continue to represent the scumbag that most likely helped cause the King of Pop’s early death? Wouldn’t it be ‘prudent’ to take a stand against the sort of morally bankrupt behavior that Dr. Conrad Murray is guilty of perpetrating?

Kidney transplantation quickly became the main focus of Giacchino’s career in those days.

Dr. Giacchino explained to me that he first met Chicago Mob Boss Jackie “The Lackey” Cerone during his employment at Loyola Hospital. In a short time Giacchino and Cerone became close pals. Dr. Giacchino told me that sometime prior to his abrupt departure from Loyola in the early 1980s Jack Cerone introduced him to a Greek man by the name of Gus Alex (one of Cerone’s criminal colleagues). Giacchino mentioned to me that the connection was made for the purpose of fixing the kidney waiting list for a Greek organization. This group was willing to pay $50,000.00 in cash per patient, provided that a kidney was received immediately.

According to his story, Giacchino attempted to corrupt his own supervisor in order to make the plan work. Giacchino quickly discovered that his supervisor reported his criminal intentions to the President of Loyola Hospital.

Thanks to the good work of the supervisor, Dr. Giacchino was caught before he ever had a chance to blatantly sell kidneys like some back alley Tijuana butcher. Giacchino refers to this experience as the best thing that ever happened to him. Since he was forced to resign from Loyola because of this incident, he decided to go into private practice which eventually made him a very rich man. Giacchino told me that, because Loyola was purportedly worried about a scandal, he avoided being reported to law enforcement. The gut-wrenching truth is that Giacchino was never held accountable for his despicable actions.

Today, Giacchino still has his medical license. Despite one suspension of his license relating to a narcotics indictment in the 1980s (fixed by Mob Boss Jack Cerone via Anthony Erbacci, a family member of his son’s law firm), Giacchino and his convicted drug dealing wife, Maria Luisa Gil-Giacchino, live the American dream in a mansion with their own Bentley automobiles.

Every time that I go to church I think about my friend Joe Vasselli. We once had a strong friendship. Of course we had our share of disagreements, but we never crossed any lines. I looked up to him like a father. We were both there for each other in times of need, and we looked out for each other.

To think that Dr. Giacchino pushed me to destroy this friendship makes me physically sick. Dr. Giacchino used his license to practice the poisonous medicine of manipulation. He brought down a reign of terror for the Vasselli family, as well as for mine.

For a period of time I turned on my friend Joe. May God forgive me – I did not understand what I was doing at the time. Dr. Giacchino coerced me into filing a lawsuit against Joe Vasselli. If I could do it over I would seek a second opinion from a better doctor, a doctor worthy of having a medical license. I would have immediately insisted that Dr. Giacchino be held accountable for his actions as a physician.

Sadly, it is too late for any of us to erase the pain that this sick and twisted doctor has caused for so many innocent people.

I was fooled by a very brilliant evil doer in Dr. Giacchino. He made me believe that he was helping me as he tricked others into facilitating his plan to get his hands on money. When things started to go south with the lawsuit, the brilliant doctor tried leaving a backdoor for himself to dash through. He went out of his way to discredit me (a witness), hoping to prevent any harm from coming his way.

Dr. Giacchino, you are going to have the fight of your life in court if you think that you are going to get away with what you have done to us.

I have asked God for forgiveness for being so dumb and so weak, having allowed this doctor the opportunity to play me like a violin. More importantly I have asked God to keep Dr. Giacchino from ever again hurting anyone the way he has hurt the Vasselli and Fosco families.

I fear that I will never be able to rebuild my friendship with Joe Vasselli, and this saddens me more than I can express. I can only hope that someday Joe Vasselli better realizes that Dr. Giacchino is involved with the Chicago Outfit in a scheme to extort money from easy targets, like me. Perhaps then my old friend will understand my predicament. It would give me nothing but pleasure to be able to talk with him again like we did in the old days. Joe, I am so sorry for all the pain and anguish you have suffered through because of this miserable state of affairs. I hope you are reading this, and that you know how horrible I feel about how things went.

As any regular readers would know, I intend to shed more light on what Dr. Giacchino has done to me. I have appropriately retreated from the disgusting lawsuit that Dr. Giacchino coerced me into filing against Joe Vasselli while I was under his professional care. Now that I have been away from the toxic ‘professional’ influence of Dr. Giacchino, I have come to realize that his sick mind games have been the cause of the living hell that Joe Vasselli and I have lived through over the last four years. I have now directed the full force of my attention towards this Pusher MD and his Outfit cronies by filing lawsuits against Dr. Joseph L. Giacchino and some of his disgraceful cohorts.

Please click here to visit Case No. 09 CV 01882 – Joseph Fosco, Plaintiff, v. John DiFronzo and Peter DiFronzo and Jack P. Cerone and Rudolph Fratto, Jr., and Dr. Joseph Giacchino, Jr., Defendants. / Civil RICO Complaint.

Hopefully some sort of closure will come from this action and my life will return to normal. Perhaps then I can resurrect my damaged relation with my friend Joe Vasselli. I can think of no better outcome for this whole mess than being able to talk with my old friend once again.

Update 5/5/09
I would have to pinpoint the month of August of 2008 when I fully understood the extent of Dr. Giacchino’s manipulation of me concerning the Joe Vasselli lawsuit. In fact, Joe Vasselli decided later that same month to withdraw the sanctions that he was seeking against me (Cook County Law case # 2006 L 004213). I am confident that Joe Vasselli had realized how I was manipulated by Giacchino and decided to reconsider his position as I had.

While I affirm that everything that I have ever written in all of my articles at KTF Media Group is truthful, I must admit I did not always reveal the entire story.

Some might argue that people concealing information have something incriminating to hide. While this might be true in some instances, I would like to take this chance to explain to you why I have been silent (up until now) on several points.

The old adage goes, “listen to your elders, as they know best.”

Well, I was the kind of person that needed to learn things the hard way.

You see, my father never intended for me to know some of the people that I was close with. I felt that if I could associate with some of the people in my father’s world, or, with people close to his world, that I would be closer to my father in spirit. In my youth I did not understand that my father lived in a different age. He lacked a proper upbringing, coming from a broken home. At age seven, during the Great Depression, his father died. Later in life he made bad decisions when he involved himself in questionable social circles.

Then I came along 50 years later and did the same thing (minus dealing with the Great Depression, of course). I thank God my foolish behavior did not cause any serious damage.

I would like to address part of the title of this article. It pleases me very much to have finally taken the next step with filing a civil RICO complaint against the parties named. This action, which was a long time in coming, might finally bring all the turmoil in my life to a boil and give me a way to confront the bad guys. Hopefully this suit will hold them accountable for some of the evil they have done in their lifetimes.

I have carefully kept quiet particular events relating to my civil RICO complaint. I considered the idea of filing this lawsuit a couple of years ago after Dr. Giacchino (in large part, on behalf of the Chicago Outfit) tried to extort me for what turned out to be the last time. Unfortunately, my legal matter in Cook County with Jack P. Cerone served as a complicating factor. Therefore, I researched the statute of limitations on RICO complaints and discovered it is 4 years from the last predicate act (See Editor’s Note below). This is why I decided to simply wait it out, allowing for the Cerone legal matter to get sorted out, before taking the next step.

I want to be perfectly clear: I am as frightened for my life and for my family as I was before I filed the RICO complaint. I intentionally portrayed myself as brave at times, but that was done as a defense technique.

Unlike a stoolpigeon that turns on his friends when he gets caught and is in trouble, I have merely reacted to people that turned on me. I am not in trouble with the law looking for a way out. My supposed friends took money and peace of mind from my family and me. Now I am looking to get back some of what was extorted from me by disgraceful people.

I hope that my experiences may serve as a solid example of why it is not appropriate or healthy to try living the life of someone else. I wasted many years of my life only to realize that I should have been my own person. I thank God that I finally appreciate this truth. I am glad to be alive.

Read the civil RICO complaint

Editors Note:
There is a mistake in the terminology used in this sentence. It should not use the term predicate act. The correct term is injury. KTF Media Group apologizes for this error.

Warning! This article contains a graphic image depicting partial nudity. Please be advised!

Maria Luisa Gil – Giacchino has lived a very interesting life for someone so young. Starting her adulthood in the sex industry, and then engaging in serious felony behavior relating to drug dealing (which sent her to prison) she has certainly figured out a way to bounce back.

My only concern is how she is bouncing back.

She seems to have a tendency to marry drug dealers. Her first husband, Pedro Pajeslastra, was sentenced to life in prison for selling drugs, an operation in which she was involved. Her current husband, disgraced Dr. Joseph L. Giacchino, Jr MD, has purportedly lost his ability to dispense prescription medication at his Melrose Park Clinic, for a number of concerning reasons. The question is what will happen to Maria’s current husband? Will he also wind up in a federal penitentiary?

I personally witnessed a disturbing situation concerning this young woman. I was having dinner with Maria Gil – Giacchino and her current husband a few years ago at a famous downtown eatery in Chicago, when a young man approached our table as if he knew Maria. I was taken aback when the young man handed Maria his business card and told her to call him when she was available. I could not help but suspect that Maria might have been involved in the ‘escort’ side of the ‘sex industry’ at some point in her past, in addition to the pornography and drug end.

The rest of this article contains information that I have collected from various areas of Wikipedia, in an effort to help spread awareness relating to a few areas of society, in an effort to reduce the dangers associated with pornography, prostitution and drugs.

“Pornography or porn is the explicit depiction of sexual subject matter with the sole intention of sexually exciting the viewer. It is to a certain extent similar to erotica, which is the use of sexually arousing imagery. Over the past few decades, an immense industry for the production and consumption of pornography has grown, due to emergence of the VCR, the DVD, and the Internet, as well as the emergence of social attitudes more tolerant of sexual portrayals. Performers in pornography are referred to as pornographic actors (or actresses), or the more commonly known title, ‘porn star’, and are generally seen as qualitatively different from their non-pornographic counterparts.

“Pornography may use any of a variety of media—printed literature, photos, sculpture, drawing, painting, animation, sound recording, film, video, or video game. However, when sexual acts are performed for a live audience, by definition it is not pornography, as the term applies to the depiction of the act, rather than the act itself. Thus, portrayals such as sex shows and striptease are not pornography. In most countries, pornography is treated as a separate entity, both culturally and legally, from depictions of naked persons in art or photography.” (source)

“According to several studies and surveys, Prostitutes have reported that men want to act out what they see in pornography. In the article, Prostitution: A Critical Review of the Medical and Social Sciences Literature, Melissa Farley and Vanessa Kelly wrote,
“Women in prostitution have described pornography’s role in their being coerced by pimps or customers to enact specific scenes… Customers show women pornography to illustrate what they want…Thirty-two percent of 130 people in one study had been upset by an attempt to coerce them into performing what customers had seen in pornography.

“The studies conducted by M. Silbert and A. Pines also say that customer’s porn-inspired behavior on prostitutes.

“Melissa Farley in Pornography: Driving the Demand in International Sex Trafficking writes, Interviews with 854 women in prostitution in nine countries…made it clear that pornography is integral to prostitution. In nine countries, almost half (49%) told us that pornography was made of them while they were in prostitution. Forty-seven percent of our respondents were upset by tricks’ attempts to make them do what the tricks had previously seen in pornography.

“Martin Monto and Nick McRee, in their research published in International Journal of Offender Therapy and Comparative Criminology wrote, Repeat users reported greater participation in all aspects of the sex industry than did non-customers. They were much more likely to report having purchased sexually explicit magazines or videos, and they were more than twice as likely to have visited nude establishments.” (source)

“Drugs and prostitution are related in that some drug addicts, most commonly heroin or crack cocaine users, obtain their drugs primarily through prostitution. They may receive money (which is used to pay for drugs), or they may receive the drug in trade for sex. Such addicts most commonly take part in street prostitution, as they typically lack the resources to work independently from a flat or be escort prostitutes, and many brothels do not want to employ visible drug users.

“The stereotype of a drug addict who uses prostitution to finance his/her habit, particularly for prostitutes who are crack cocaine users (often called “crack whores” or “Blueberries”) is of someone whose health and perhaps intellect have been damaged by drug abuse, and who will accept any client for very little payment. They are often assumed to have frequent unsafe sex without contraception.

“Street drug dealing and prostitution are often closely related, with many street-level drug dealers also acting as pimps and vice versa.

“It is notable that in affluent countries such as the United States and Western Europe the correlation between street prostitution and illegal drug use is high. In contrast, many prostitutes in the developing world are primarily motivated by the need for subsistence earnings for themselves or dependents. However, drugs and prostitution are increasingly becoming connected in urban areas in the developing world, for example in urban areas in Karachi and Thailand.

Not all prostitutes who use recreational drugs are driven to prostitution by their habit, but the two subcultures are still closely linked, perhaps as much because of their shared illegality as anything else.” (source)

Freedom of speech and religion are what make the United States of America such a great country (God bless America). This is a double-edged sword, however, as we must tolerate acts that we deem insensitive, inflammatory and downright offensive.

The art image that appears at the end of this article is the vision of the disgraced Dr. Joseph L. Giacchino Jr MD (and is heavily supported by his current wife, convicted drug dealer Maria Gil-Giacchino, who spent years in the U.S. Prison System). I learned that Dr. Giacchino negotiated with artists to create this image to serve as an additional controversy in his despicable John Wayne Gacy Art Gallery, which is located in his home at 1026 North Lathrop Avenue in River Forest, Illinois. I suppose I should not be shocked, however, as the disgraced Dr. Giacchino proudly displays the Nazi flag in his home on occasion. My reason for publishing the image that Dr. Giacchino has created is to help people understand the positive message that I identify with, instead of a the offensive message that Dr. Giacchino, no doubt, is hoping to send.

I believe that Catholicism and politics are two major influences in America (these influences are the driving force behind KTF Media Group). Therefore, I find it necessary to point out a different message from the image on display in this article, one which might not occur to everyone at first. Perhaps we can take this graphic image and redeem it to some degree by expressing that this fiery emblem can be owned by those it persecutes. We might see this symbol of love and understanding, twisted to suit the ends of bigots, and know that, because we feel this visceral revulsion towards the message it expresses, that we as a society have transcended the racist ideology the burning cross represents. In essence, let us hijack this image from those who hijacked it from Christianity.

By owning the fiery cross in this way, we may turn it from a flame of intolerance to a flame that can light the world, not unlike the Eternal Flame of John F. Kennedy. I trust that Barack Obama will bring the same positive sensation to America in January, after his inauguration.

Giacchino, Jr MD, please visit A Journey To Healing article on this site (three other articles exist here on Dr. Giacchino).

Surely my steady readers are aware of two of my earlier articles attempting to stop a Pusher MD by the name of Dr. Joseph L. Giacchino, Jr. MD. For my new readers, please research our archives for these articles, A Journey to Healing and Gov. Rod Blagojevich : Save Us From Pusher MDs. I am proud to inform you that my articles have ignited a great deal of action in bringing Pusher Giacchino to justice.

I have recently learned that on a number of occasions, Dr. Joseph L. Giacchino, Jr. MD has fraudulently issued prescriptions in the names of unsuspecting and well-insured patients, whom were never to receive the medication. If this sounds bad, it only gets worse. The expenses for these prescriptions have been covered by health benefits of the Village of Melrose Park. Giacchino’s scheme, no doubt, was invented to help some of his ‘valued’ patients who lack prescription drug coverage. I am told that Giacchino applies miscellaneous fees to the co-conspirator’s medical bill (cash only), since his or her prescription costs are covered on someone else’s insurance. Initially, Giacchino selects various patients of his, who are covered by Village of Melrose Park’s health benefits and bills his or her prescription benefits, unbeknownst to the hapless victim.

If you or someone you know is/was a patient of Dr. Joseph L. Giacchino Jr. MD and/or the Melrose Park Clinic, and is wondering if they had their insurance fraudulently charged for mediciation, here are some things that you should know. I recently learned that Dr. Giacchino prefers using Walgreens Pharmacies for calling in scripts. One may easily contact the Walgreens Head Quarters in Deerfield, Illinois by dialing (847) 914-2500, and asking for the pharmacy records department. The actual patient may simply request to have their pharmacy records sent to their home within a few days (yes, this request can be made over the phone). Walgreens is capable of going back several years with their records. If you find unknown or unfamiliar medications prescribed to you by Dr. Giacchino and/or any doctor from the Melrose Park Clinic, immediately notify law enforcement, Walgreens and The Keys To Faith Publication. We need your help to stop Pusher MDs that continue to risk so many lives.

So why is so difficult for law enforcement to stop Giacchino? The people he is helping will not expose him, because it will end their ‘illegal benefits’ and, most worse, incriminate them. The unsuspecting people whose names are being used to perpetuate these crimes are completely unaware of what is happening. Moreover, investigators cannot access many of these records because of medical confidentiality laws. However, a patient may certainly access their records and willingly provide this information for further investigation. So far, I have been successful in discovering the names listed on a small number of these fraudulent prescriptions issued by Giacchino, coupled with receiving cooperation in accessing pharmacy records to verify the fraud. The results conclude that Dr. Joseph L. Giacchino, Jr. MD has certainly committed the precise fraud that I have described in this article.

One way to make this investigative process work better would be to point blank ask Village of Melrose Park, Mayor Ronald Serpico, if he has knowledge of Giacchino’s prescription medication billing fraud, which illegally bilks his village’s health insurance company.

Mayor Serpico, please aid in the investigation into Dr. Giacchino, a man who many believe has fraudulently billed your city for prescription medication. Mayor, surely you have a duty to protect your people as well as the insurance company that your village uses for prescription coverage. You can very easily send a memo to all of your employees, respectfully asking for their full cooperation in this matter (unless of course you would rather not bother with another investigation while the taxpayers suffer).

This week (09/08), a letter is on its way to Mayor Serpico and Melrose Parks insurance company asking for an investigation into these matters. The evidence that I have collected, which completely supports my claims stated in this article, will be included. I will carbon copy these letters to various law enforcement agents as well as to a number of media contacts.

In the meantime, I implore my many readers (over 40,000 since May 2008), to continue contacting me, whether anonymously or not, and keep the information on ‘Pusher Giacchino’ flowing. Please be advised that I continually update law enforcement with every relevant news tip on Dr. Giacchino. We must protect our community from evildoers like Pusher/Dr. Joseph L. Giacchino Jr. MD. 1) Dr. Joseph L. Giacchino, Jr. MD filed an emergency motion in Cook County’s Law Division, asking a Judge to slap a restraining order on The Keys To Faith Publication, keeping us from covering this story. The motion was denied.

2) Dr. Joseph L. Giacchino, Jr. MD has informed my attorney numerous times over the last several months that he will be lodging a ‘defamation’ lawsuit against me. In late September, 2008, a one count complaint was lodged.
ARTICLE UPDATE!

There have been recent developments relating to this article. Please see the end of this article for this new information.

During the week of July 21, 2008, it was confirmed that the State of Illinois is investigating the purported medical misconduct of Dr. Joseph L. Giacchino, Jr. MD. The investigation relates to my article of April 27, 2008, published on The Keys to Faith Publication, titled A Journey to Healing. State of Illinois Inspector Dan Murphy, via email, asked me to meet with him on July 29, 2008, to discuss the Giacchino matter in detail. My immediate reply was that I will cooperate.

Recently revealed disturbing information about Dr. Giacchino has put me in this cooperative frame of mind. I am ever more worried about the safety of the young people in our community. I recently heard from an extremely reliable source that Dr. Giacchino has massively increased the amount of dangerous narcotic painkillers that he prescribes to his younger patients. In fact, I also heard from the same source that Dr. Giacchino is the mastermind of a diabolical and systematic procedure, requiring his ‘patients-in-pain’ to jump through certain hoops to keep Dr. Giacchino from losing his medical license for a second time. Sadly, the first time he lost his medical license for non-therapeutically prescribing controlled substance, the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation reinstated his medical license much sooner than most people could believe. The rapidity with which Dr. Giacchino recovered his lost license begs certain questions, particularly about any ‘connections’ he has with the review board. It would be nice to see a list of the names of the state employees involved in this process.

In addition, I recently heard new information about Dr. Giacchino last week that suggests law enforcement seems extremely concerned about his prescription writing (specifically regarding controlled substances). Therefore, I pray to God that Dr. Giacchino’s alarming behavior does not take innocent lives. Some unfortunate drug addicts might be sending their sympathetic and/or ignorant friends or family members to take advantage of Dr. Giacchino’s (greed-motivated) willingness to write ‘anyone’ a prescription for narcotics. As long as someone can pass an instant drug test, claim to be in pain, promise not to share their medication with others and pay a $200.00 doctor’s fee (cash-only), anyone can receive narcotics from Dr. Giacchino. This behavior is not only despicable; it is extremely dangerous and can cost innocent lives.

Sadly, it is near impossible for law-enforcement to gather the necessary evidence to arrest these Pusher MDs, men and women who, under the guise of healer, unconscionably provide narcotics to drug addicts. It is outright evil when doctors are consumed with greed for money and become unconcerned with their patient’s wellbeing. This is not what God intended for his healers. In fact, this is clearly the work of the Devil on one of his most evil levels.

In one of my last civil conversations with Dr. Giacchino, which occurred in the summer of 2006, he told me that he had been claiming less than $290,000.00 a year in income over the last several years. Then he laughed as he told me that his property tax in River Forest on his new estate (1026 North Lathrop Avenue) was projected at roughly $50,000.00 a year. As I was listening to him, I was doing the math. I started to count his homes: the estate in California on Balboa Island, the Penthouse in downtown Chicago (that he briefly leased to Advantage Mortgage Company, otherwise is usually vacant), the condominium in the new Trump Towers in Las Vegas and the condominium in Miami. Then we can get into his bevy of personal belongings, such as the ‘his and her’ set of new Bentley automobiles and the several other luxury vehicles purchased for family members and friends, a vast network of people which spans from coast to coast. In addition there are the ‘Black’ American Express Cards (practically impossible to get) for his family members and friends. One might wonder, how does Dr. Giacchino do all of this on less than $290,000.00 per year? I suspect that he is living off the cash proceeds of an inappropriate drug empire.

Miami is the place that Dr. Giacchino’s convicted drug-dealing wife, Maria Luisa Gil, frequents, no doubt to maintain her old drug dealing and porn contacts. According to a Melrose Park, Illinois, Police report, Dr. Giacchino has recently claimed that thousands of narcotic painkillers mysteriously disappeared from his clinic. It would be reasonable to assume that his wife, like almost every other wife, could have access to her husband’s business, the Melrose Park Clinic. I trust the Melrose Park Police Department thoroughly interrogated Maria Luisa Gil-Giacchino. It hardly seems a stretch to suspect that Maria Luisa Gil is selling the thousands of stolen narcotic painkillers while she takes her frequent trips to Miami.

With all of these things on my mind, I gladly went to meet with Inspector Murphy, firm in my conviction that my testimony could help the state deal with Dr. Giacchino. Upon my arrival at the meeting with the Inspector at his office in Chicago, I quickly realized that he unnecessarily complicated our original plan. The Inspector presented a few of his ‘associates’ at our meeting in the hopes of surprising me. These associates are from a couple of different branches of the Federal Government, which struck me as a bit strange as Inspector Murphy works for the State of Illinois.

As the meeting was about to begin, I asked the group of investigators if we could record our meeting in order to keep the facts straight. Some of the investigators agreed to allow the meeting to be recorded, however others would not. Sadly enough this intransigence on the part of certain Federal officials prevented the meeting from taking place. When asked why I wanted a recording, I cited the Martha Stewart case as my reason. If even one word is misstated or misunderstood, this trivial error can result in an innocent witness being criminally charged for making false statements to government agents. However, if a record is established, such as a tape recording, all of the facts can be preserved without any difficulties. I learned of this safeguard-measure from our role model and brother-in-Christ, Mayor Richard M. Daley, who was interviewed by the government recently. The Mayor safeguarded the meeting with a recording (Mayor Daley thanks for the education).

While I sit back and watch Dr. Giacchino live the life of a rock star, I wonder what the IRS, DEA and every other pertinent law enforcement agency is doing these days. If only Al Capone were so lucky. Could Dr. Giacchino be smarter than the IRS? While Dr. Giacchino has not fooled anyone, it seems that he has not revealed any incriminating evidence, aside from what he has done to my family and me. Therefore, I believe that God has selected me to hold Dr. Giacchino responsible for his crimes against my family and me, in order to save the lives of all the young and desperate people that are endangered by the mass amounts of narcotics that Dr. Giacchino dispenses.

In my estimation, there are a small number of ways to stop doctors from violating the law, which in this case, jeopardizes many lives.

1) Legislature should change the laws by limiting the number of painkillers that one single doctor could issue in a 12-month period, or limit the number of prescriptions that a medical center can issue.

2) The State of Illinois should simply allow people like me who are willing to cooperate, be able to have their meetings tape-recorded when various federal agents are present. If making a record of a meeting seems fit, there should not be any perceived harm in such request. It seems to me that stalling meetings that can produce helpful evidence against these sorts of doctors, while allowing the negligent doctors to continue risking many lives, is foolish and reckless.

3) The IRS can simply conduct a cost-of-living assessment and most likely indict Dr. Giacchino quite easily on tax evasion charges (in this case).

Several experts have told me, after reviewing the evidence relating to Dr. Giacchino’s abuse of my family and me, that his medical license will most likely be suspended very soon, perhaps indefinitely (possibly accompanied by a lengthy prison term with large fines). Dr. Giacchino has violated the most serious HIPPA laws by maliciously disclosing my personal medical information to the public, in conjunction with extortion attempts (some successful) against my family and me. Dr. Giacchino has also committed serious acts of medical malpractice against me. However, Inspector Murphy has yet to communicate with me since I requested to have my meeting recorded. In the meantime, Dr. Giacchino continues to escape justice as he dispenses mass quantities of narcotic painkillers to hundreds of young people in our community.

This situation has all the potential hallmarks of a great Chicago crime story, much like the tale of Elliot Ness and Al Capone. Capone was not convicted for being a gangster, a perpetrator of terrible crimes against the citizens of Chicago. Rather, he was convicted of tax evasion. While Dr. Giacchino may never be truly held accountable for dealing drugs, he is almost certainly a tax cheat, and that might be the punishment that ultimately sticks. One can hope that these acts against the IRS and the crimes perpetrated against me will be the final nails in the coffin of conviction.

Inspector Murphy, I have a question for you. How many more hapless victims will you allow to suffer because of your inaction on the matter of Dr. Giacchino, simply because a witness in your case wants his testimony to be recorded? Your ‘cooperating witness’, denied this reasonable request, sits and waits to hear from you while drug addicts most likely continue receiving their narcotic medication from a Pusher MD. How about this: can we proceed with at least part of our meeting (that you invited me to) via email while you figure out your next move? I am eagerly awaiting some answers.

Aside from the concerns pertaining to the recording of meetings that involve federal agents, Investigator Murphy, you could proceed with your meeting simply without the number of federal agents that are opposed to the recording. We can move forward and you can finally collect some vital facts pertaining to your investigation. As it stands, it seems as though you are not interested in obtaining any facts unless all of the various federal agents can be involved, without a record of the meeting being made available to your witness.

I wish to publicly appeal to the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, via State of Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich. Please hold your doctors accountable for all of their unlawful actions and help save many lives in the process. Time consuming issues of whether or not to allow witnesses to request to have their meetings recorded, in order to perfectly preserve the testimony, sadly wastes precious time in gathering simple facts. Once all of the facts are gathered, every law-enforcement agency known to humankind can easily review the material. Lengthy delays in matters such as these can very well mean the difference of life and death.

Now I wish to publicly appeal to Dr. Joseph L. Giacchino’s ‘patients-in-pain’, their family members and friends, the doctors he employs and the various medical associates and other professionals who aid this malicious man (no matter the capacity in which they serve): please cease and desist in further aiding and abetting a well-disguised evildoer. Everyone who proudly associates with the likes of Dr. Joseph L. Giacchino Jr. M.D. should be ashamed of themselves. Unfortunately, while Dr. Giacchino’s State of Illinois Medical license hangs so proudly on his office wall, most people assume that it means Governor Blagojevich approves of the doctor’s practices.

Governor Blagojevich, please, I beg you, do not repeat the mistakes of your predecessor by allowing a reckless Illinois State license holder, who does not deserve a license of any kind, to further subject so many innocent lives to such deadly possibilities.

Thank you for your time and interest,

ARTICLE ADDENDM (8/10/08)
On August 8, 2008, in a meeting with my attorney, Rodger Clarke, I was informed that State of Illinois Inspector Dan Murphy contacted my lawyer a day or two earlier for the purposes of communicating with me in order to gather information on Dr. Giacchino. Hopefully we can now get on with the business of making our community a safer place.
